• CGCC Meal Plan Sign-Up

    This form allows students to sign up for an optional meal plan. You'll be signed up for the full academic year, but only charged for the terms you're enrolled in classes.

  • Reminder: Your room and board already includes 5 meals per week at the café. The plans below are an additional purchase on top of that.

  • Resident Meal Plans

    Resident Flex 3 — $495 per term
    Adds approximately 33 meals worth of value per term, for a total of 88 meals when combined with your room and board plan.

    Resident Complete 16 — $2,640 per term
    Adds approximately 176 meals worth of value per term, for a total of 231 meals when combined with your room and board plan.

    Please note: these meal counts are estimates based on average pricing, not a guaranteed number of meals. Your plan loads a dollar amount you can use for any purchase at the café, so your actual number of meals may vary depending on how you use your balance.

  • Non-Resident Meal Plans

    Flex 4 — $660 per term
    Provides approximately 44 meals worth of value per term.

    Plus 8 — $1,320 per term
    Provides approximately 88 meals worth of value per term.

  • Before you sign up, please review the following:

    • Billing. The plan you select is a per-term rate, not a one-time cost. You will be charged this amount every term you're enrolled in classes at CGCC.
    • Financial aid. Financial aid coverage is not automatic. If you receive financial aid, it may apply toward this cost, but this depends on your individual aid package and how much eligibility remains after tuition and other expenses. If you'd like to understand how this may affect your specific award, please reach out to the Financial Aid Office.
    • Length of enrollment. This plan runs for the full academic year. You will only be charged for terms in which you are enrolled in classes at CGCC. If you are not enrolled in a given term, you will not be charged for that term.
    • How funds work. This plan loads a dollar amount onto a card rather than providing a fixed number of meals. You may use these funds for any purchase at the café, including snacks and specialty beverages, not meals only.
    • Unused funds. Any remaining balance does not carry over and will expire at the end of the term.
    • Café hours. This plan can only be used while the café is open. Please check café hours in advance so you're able to use your balance.

    By signing up, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Term of enrollment. I am signing up for this meal plan for the full academic year. The price listed for my selected plan is a per-term rate, and I will be charged this amount each term I am enrolled in classes at CGCC. If I am not enrolled in classes for a given term, I will not be charged for that term.
    2. Cancellation. I understand that I may not cancel or withdraw from this plan on my own. To request cancellation, I must contact Tiffany Prince, Director of Student Life, directly. Cancellation requests will only be approved for extenuating circumstances, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Director of Student Life.
    3. Billing. Charges will be applied to my student account each term. I understand that financial aid may or may not cover this charge in full, depending on my individual aid package and remaining eligibility.
    4. Use of Funds. My plan loads a dollar amount onto a card that I may use for any purchase at the café, not meals only. Any remaining balance does not carry over and will expire at the end of the term.
    5. Meal Estimate. The additional meal count listed for my plan is an estimate based on average meal pricing, not a guaranteed number of meals. Because I may use my balance for any café purchase, my actual number of meals may be higher or lower than this estimate.
    6. Hours of Use. This plan may only be used while the café is open.
