CGCC Preferred Name Update Form

Students may want to update their name in CGCC's information system in order to reflect their identity, even if they have not legally changed their name. If you would like to make an update within our student information system and/or Moodle to reflect your preferred name, please follow the steps below. All submissions are confidential and will be processed with care.

- Upon submission, Student Services will send a confirmation asking you to verify your preferred name. You must respond to the confirmation for your name to be changed.
